Sunshine Design 09, Inc is not an affiliate of PNTV. We have also been informed that Sunshine Design 09, Inc. owns 200,000 shares of common stock in PNTV. At the time of this writing and dissemination these shares are eligible to be sold under Rule 144 yet they have not been approved for such sale under the Rule 144 exemption. That approval is still pending and may or may not be ultimately approved. In addition, Sunshine Design 09, Inc does own 1700 free trading shares that it purchased in the open market on 9/09/10 at a price of $.225 per share; these shares may be sold at any time.
